In order to achieve mind fitness you should work on body fitness too!
I find it amazing we are given this incredible physical body, the only one we have
during this lifetime and we seldom take the time to get in touch with this magnificent gift.
Develop mindfulness and ask yourself: Am I getting enough sleep and is it quality sleep?
Do I eat well? Little processed foods, mainly foods as they come from the earth?
Do I drink enough good quality water?
